To ensure secure delivery of returned items, we kindly request your assistance.
When returning an item, please arrange for shipping through a reputable courier service and bear the subsequent reverse shipping charges. Share tracking details with us at customercare@iridezza.com. Returns should be addressed to:

We offer a convenient return pickup service for the following regions:
Within City: Kolkata
Within State: West Bengal
Metro-to-Metro: Major Indian metros
Rest of India (excluding North East region and Jammu & Kashmir region)
For areas not covered, self-shipping option will apply.
Reverse Logistics Guidelines:
Return pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days from request.
Pickup will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, self-shipping option will apply.
Ensure the item is properly packaged with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

Our refund process involves the following steps:
Quality Inspection: We will take 4-7 working days to inspect the product and packaging for any damage.
Refund Initiation: Once we confirm that the product and packaging are intact, we will immediately initiate the refund.
Bank Processing: Your bank will then take 7-10 working days to process the refund.
