Orders can be cancelled only before 24 hours of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

R E F U N D P O L I C Y

1. For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, bank transfers, UPI, or net banking), refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.

2. Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days from the cancellation request.

1. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.

2. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if they have been customized or personalized. (if applicable)
